At Chieftrees.com, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your merchandise purchases made from our site. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In such cases, we are more than willing to assist with returns and refunds, in compliance with the following policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds: Returns and refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that we can only accept returns for products that are defective or not as described. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind.

  2. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

  3. Process for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

  4. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  6. Exceptions: Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
