  3. Process for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

  4. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  6. Exceptions: Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
